MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, HELD IN THE
CITY HALL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, MAY 18th
1942, 8 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT; Councilmen Forney, Rawlings, Cawthon and
Bixler, also present was Attorney Bradley, the City Counsellor
Absent: Councilman Kidd, because of illness
Councilman Forney On a motion of Councilman Bixler which was seconded

no other nominations the motion was passed and so

request to close Clerk who was asked to read it before the Board.

Inspection City Attorney Bradley reported a deal in the making
agreement to be with the Santa Ana Inspector to do the Inspecting

have to be adjusted to this agreement as the way it
now stands there is no such provision, however he
stated that it could be worked out in an efficient

Councilman Bixler, seconded by Councilman Rowlings.
Motion carried and was so ordered.

Night Watch- Chief of Police Clayborn stated that a cross survey

Earl Handley had a suggestion which he felt was good
for making the Trash Truck into a dump Truck by

and make possible the hauling of more trash to the
Santa Ana dump. Councilman Cawthon was delegated to
look into the feasibility of the instelation and report
back to the Council his findings.
Bills presented HandIey ask that his vacation might be taken at this
time starting the1st of June if possible.
