MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SEMI-MONTHLY MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
HELD AT THE CITY HALL, IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, AT EIGHT O'CLOCK, ON MONDAY, APRIL
TWENTY, AD. 1942.
Councilmen present; Wilson, Kiser, Logan, Kidd, Forney,
Councilmen absent; None.
City Attorney Turner, present.
Minutes of the last preceeding meeting of the Council,
held on Monday, April 6, 1942, were read and approved
Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Lo-
gan that the resignations of; John L. Stanton as Chief
of Police, N. O. Sagraves as Night Patrolman, and Ralph
W. Voyce as Police Judge be accepted immediately.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kiser
that the following bills be allowed and warrants drawn
for their respective amounts;

Tustin Volunteer Fire Department .............. 12.50
H. H. Hannaford ........................................... 84.00
Grover C. Riehl ............................................ 5.00
Oslo W. Householder .................................. 4.00
Jeane C. Thorman ....................................... 4.00

Jas. Farrage, M.D. ..................................... 9.00
Tustin Blacksmith Shop .............................. 3.22
Motion carried and so ordered.
Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kiser
that Diehl and Edwards be notified to audit the City
books on Wednesday, April 22, 1942.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Kidd
that this meeting adjourne till Tuesday, April 21, 1942,
at 7:30 P.M. Motion carried and so ordered.
