MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SEMI-MONTHLY MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
HELD AT THE CITY HALL, IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, AT EIGHT O'CLOCK, ON MONDAY APRIL
6, 1942.
Councilmen present: Wilson, Kiser, Logan, Kidd, Forney.
Councilmen Absent: none.
City Attorney Turner, present.
Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Council,
held on Mondays March 16, 1942 were read and approv-
ed.
Mrs. Mabel Motion by Councilman Kidd, seconded by Councilman For-
Prescott Per- ney that Mrs. Mabel C. Prescott be permited to move a
mitted to move building from the 500 block on West 1st. St. to the
building rear of her drive in market in the 200 block on D St.

her in writing.
Motion carried and so ordered.
City Attorney Turner reported as not having made much
Progres toward Securing a "Priority number" for the City.
