MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SEMI-MONTHLY MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, HELD AT THE CITY HALL, IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AT EIGHT O'CLOCK, ON MONDAY, MARCH 2, A.D. 1942. Councilmen present: Wilson, Kiser, Logan, Kidd, Forney. Councilmen absent: none. City Attorney, Turner present Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Council, held February 16, 1942, were read and approved. Communications were read and placed on file. Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Forney that bills be allowed and warrants drawn for their respective amounts; John L. Air raid Chief of Police Stanton was instructed to procure sand sand at and have same at Fire Station where residents could Fire secure it for the purpose of smothering incendiacy bombs.
