HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1942 01 05 January 5,1942 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SEMI-MONTHLY MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, HELD AT THE CITY HALL IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFOR- NIA, AT EIGHT O'CLOCK, ON UJANUARY 5, A.D. 1942. Councilmen present; Wilson, Kiser, Logan, Kidd, and Forney. City Attorney, Preston Turner also present. Minutes of the last regular meeting of the council, held December 15,1941, were read and approved. Correction Minutes of the special meeting of the City Council, of motion on called by Mayor Wilson on December 29, 1941, were page 374 read and approved as corrected, incorporating the names of the committeemen in the motion creating said com- mittee. (See page # 374, this volume.) 1st. read- Motion by Councilman Kidd, seconded by Councilman For- ing of ney that the first reading of Ordinance No. 55, re- Ordinance corded in the minutes of regular meeting of the City No. 55 be Council on December 15,1941, be stricken from the min- stricken utes. Motion carried and so ordered. First reading of Ordinance No. 55. Motion by Councilman Kidd, seconded by Councilman Kiser that the following bills be allowed and warrants drawn for their respective amounts; Sherman Anderson ............................... $ 7.20 Arthur B. Trash tags Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman printed & Kiser that 500 tags with "trash" rules printed there- distributed on be Procured and distributed to house-holders. Motion carried and so ordered. Adjourned Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman meeting. Kiser that this meeting adjourne to January 12,1942, at 8 o'clock P.M.
