Councilmen present; Wilson, Kiser, Logan, Kidd and Forney. Also City Attorney, Preston Turner. Absent; none. Minutes of the last. regular meeting of the Council held December 1, 1941, were read and approved. First reading of Ordinance No. 55 Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Forney that reading of Ordinance No. 33 , except title, be dispensed with. Motion carried and so ordered. Ordinance Motion by Councilmen Logan, seconded by Councilman No. 53 Wilson,aye; Kidd,aye; Logan,aye; kiser,aye; Forney,aye. Notion carried end so ordered. Adopted Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kidd, that reading of Ordinance No. 54, except title, be dispensed with. Motion carried and so ordered. Ordinance Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman no. 54 Kidd that Ordinance No. 54 be adopted; Roll call; Adopted Wilson, aye; Kidd,aye; Logan,aye; Kiser,aye; Forney,aye. Motion carried and so ordered. Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Forney that the following bills be allowed and warrants drawn for their respective amounts: First National Bank of Tustin ..................... $140.02 Harold Carson Service Station ................. 6.36 Beckers Garage ......................................... 11.51 J.A.Wooley .................................................. 268.74 Ralph W. City Hall Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Black-out Logan that material be procured and assembled in such manner that the City Hall can be blacked out in the re- quired legal time.
