MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SEMI-MONTHLY MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,HELD
AT THE CITY HALL, IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AT 8 O'CLOCK, ON NOVEMBER 3, A.D. 1941.
Council present; Wilson,Kiser,Logan,Kidd,and Forney.
Absent; none.
Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Council,
held October 3, 1941, were read and approved.
Employ a Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman
Crossing Forney that Police Commissioner Jerome Kidd be author-
Guard ized to employ Mr. Prothers as crossing guard for the
city at a salary of thirty five dollars ($35.00) per
month.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
Kidd that the following bills be allowed and warrants
drawn for their respective amounts;
Orange County Insurance Agency .......... $ 11.25
Tustin Garage ........................................... 00.39
Automobile Club of Southern California.. 9.68
Hawley's ..................................................... 1.29
First National Bank of Tustin ................... 20.55
Sam Long- Post Easter ........................... 3.00

Tustin Volunteer Fire Department ........... 8.00

Motion carried and so ordered.
Indian Back Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman ~-~
Pump & two Kidd that an Indian Back Pump and two canisters be pro-
Canisters cured for the fire department.
