SEPTEMBER 15,1941.
MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SEMI-MONTHLY MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, HELD
AT THE CITY HALL, IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN,CALIFOR-
NIA, AT 8 O'CLOCK, ON SEPTEMBER 15, A.D.1941.
Councilmen present; Wilson, Kiser, Logan, Kidd and
Forney. Absent; none.
Minutes of the last regular semi-monthly meeting of
the City Council, held Sept.2,1941, were read and approv-
ed.
Jerome Kidd Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman For-
Appointment ney, that communication from Geo. W. Dearborn, Secretary
as assistant of Tustin Fire Department be accepted and placed on
Chief approved file, and the Department's reccomendation of Jerome Kidd
for Assistant Fire Chief be approved.
Motion carried and so ordered.
25 mile Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Lo-
signs gan, that City "25 mile speed limit" signs attached to the
removed posts of the State signs at the East and West entrance to
the City of Tustin on the 101 Highway, be removed there-
from.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Purchase of Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Lo-
Codes gan, that the City Clerk be allowed to purchase a set of
Authorized new "Derrings" codes of the State of California.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Motion was made by Counncilman Kidd and seconded by Coun-
cilman Logan, that the following bills be allowed and war-
rants drawn for their respective amounts;
