MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SEMI-MONTHLY MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, HELD
AT THE CITY HALL, IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIF-
ORNIA, AT 8 O'CLOCK, ON SEPTENBER 2, A.D. 1941.
Councilmen present; Wilson, Kiser, Logan, Kidd, Forney.
Absent; none. ·
Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Council, held
Aug. 18, 1941, were read and approved.
Permission Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kidd
granted to that permission be granted to Chas. Smith to trim the wind-
trim wind- break from the North-East corner of the City limits South
break 330 feet on the West side of Prospect Avenue.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Resolution Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Logan
No110 ad- that Resolution No. 110, fixing the tax rate for the fiscal
opted. Tax year, July 1, 1941 - June 30, 1942, at ONE DOLLAR TEN CENTS
rate-1941- ($1.10) on each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of assessed
1942 valuation on property (real and personal) in the City of Tus-
tin, California, be adopted.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Stop signs Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Forney
on 'B' St. that the Street Superintendant be instructed to place Stop
at Main St. signs on "B" Street each side of Main Street.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kiser
that the following bills be allowed and warrants drawn for
the respective amounts.
