MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SEMI-MONTHLY MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN
CALIFORNIA, CONVENED IN THE CITY HALL AT
8 O'CLOCK MONDAY, AUGUST 18, 1941.
Councilmen present; Wilson, Kiser, Logan, Kidd and
Forney. Absent, none.
Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Council,
held Monday, August 4, 1941 were read and approved.
Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman
Revision Logan that the Tustin City Council recommends the "revis-
of Tract ion" of certain Streets and alleys and subdi-
#992 to vion lots of Tract No. 992, proposed by the Orange County ~ vine-
acreage Planning Commission as per letter (with map) under date of
Aug. 15, 1941, over signature of Horold St Johns, Assis-
tant Planning Engineering of the Orange County Planning
Commission.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kiser the books of ~he City
Audit of that the auditor report of the condition of the books of the City
books Clerk and the City Recorder be accepted.

Proposed Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
budget Kidd that the proposed Budget be accepted. Resolution No.
