Minutes of the regular semi-monthly meeting of the
City Council, of the City of Tustin, held at the City
Hall, in the City of Tustin, California at 8 o'clock, P.M.
on Monday, June 2, 1941.
Councilman present; Wilson, Kidd, Logan and Kiser.
Absent; none.
Minutes of the last regular semi-monthly meeting,
held at the City Hall on Monday, May 19, 1941, were read
and approved.
A letter of appreciation from the "Assistance League
of Orange County" to Mayor was read and placed on file.
First reading Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
Ordinance #51 Kidd that first reading of Ordinance No. 51 except title,
Amend Tax Ord. be dispensed with.
Roll call; Wilson, aye; Logan, aye; Kidd, aye;Kiser, aye.
Nays, none. Motion carried and so ordered.
Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kiser
that first reading of Ordinance No. 52, - except tittle - be dis-

Licence Lowered. Nays, none. Motion carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kiser
that the following bills be allowed and warrents drawn for
the respective amounts;

Motion by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
Petition of Kiser, that the Petition for Disincorporation, having been
