Minutes of the regular semi-monthly meeting of the City Coun-
cil of the City of Tustin, held at City Hall, in the City of Tus-
tin, California, on the 7th day of April, 1941. (8 o'clock P.M.)
Councilman Present; Wilson, Logan, Kiser and Kidd. Absent
none. City Attorney Preston Turner Present.
Minutes of the last Regular semi-monthly meeting held March
17, 1941, read and approved.
A communication from Mrs. Lyle Forney, Chairman of the
P.T.A. Let- Safety committee of the P.T.A. concerning speedy and care-
ter from less driving on 'B'&'C' streets between Main St. and 101

On motion of Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman
