(8 o'clock,P.M.) Council convened with the following Councilman present: Wilson, Logan, Kiser and Kidd. Absent, none. Adjourned Minutes of the last regu!ar and adjourned Meeting, held meeting March 3rd, and March 5th, 1941, respectively, were read and approved. Aunger res The resignation of Ray Aunger as chairman of the Tustin ignation City Planning Commission wast read and tabled. The applications of Mr. Tingley and J.A. Haskell for deputy Hanaford city tax asessor were submitted to the City Council on Mon- appointed day, March 3rd. and referred to at this meeting; The application assessor. of H.H.Hanaford for deputy city tax assessor was read and on; Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Kidd that H.H. Hanaford is hereby appointed Deputy City Assessor. Motion carried and so ordered. Disincor- "Notice Of Intention to circulate a petition to disincorporate poration the City of Tustin, State of California" was filed with the City Clerk March 12, 1941, with affidavit of publication attached there- to, signed by K.J. Cawthon, B.F. Beswick and H.R. Mc Coy was read. Motion by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Kidd that the following bills be allowed and warrants be drawn for the res- pective amounts; J.A.
