Minutes of the regular meeting of the City Council
of the City Of Tustin, held in the City Hall, in the City
of Tustin, California, March 3, 1941, at 8:00 P.M.
Present Councilmen: Wilson, Kidd, Logan, Kiser
Absent Councilmen: Babcock

Written Communications were read.

Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
To have Kiser, that Diehl and Edwards, Auditors, be authorized to
books audit the city books at their earliest convenience, and
audited that the City Clerk be instructed to advise Diehl and
Edwards of this action. Carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
Vacation Kidd, that Hayden Helt be granted his vacation, at his

Logan, that the following bills be paid and warrants

Moved by Councilmen Kiser, seconded by Councilman
Kidd, that this meeting adjourn to March 5, 1941 at 7:30
P.M. Carried and so ordered.
