M. Present Councilmen: Wilson, Kidd, Logan. Absent Councilmen: Babcock, Kiser. Minutes of the last regular meeting held January 20, 1941 were read and approved. Written communications read. Driveways to Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman be widened Kidd, that the driveways at the Richfield Station being erected at First and "D" Streets be widened. Carried and so ordered. Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Bills to be Kidd, that the following bills be paid and warrants paid drawn for their respective amounts: Harold Rasmussen $ 9.42 W. O.
