Minutes of the regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, held in the city hall, in the City of
Tustin, California, February 3, 1941 at 8:00 P. M.
Present Councilmen: Wilson, Kidd, Logan.
Absent Councilmen: Babcock, Kiser.
Minutes of the last regular meeting held January 20,
1941 were read and approved.
Written communications read.
Driveways to Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
be widened Kidd, that the driveways at the Richfield Station being
erected at First and "D" Streets be widened. Carried and
so ordered.
Vacancy de- The question of declaring a vacancy on the City
claration Council, by the continued absence of Councilman Sidney J.
discussed Babcock, was discussed and referred to City Attorney
Preston Turner.
Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
Bills to be Kidd, that the following bills be paid and warrants
paid drawn for their respective amounts:
