Minutes of the regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, held in the City hail, in the City of
Tustin, California, at 8:00 P. M.
Present Councilmen: Wilson, Kidd, Logan,.Kiser
Absent Councilmen: Babcock
D. T, Hayden, City Clerk, being ill, Preston Turner
acted as City Clerk for the meeting.
Minutes of the last regular meeting, held January
1941 were read and approved.
Written communications were read.
Kiser appoin- Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman

Richfield Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
