M. Present Councilmen: Wilson, Kidd, Logan,.Kiser Absent Councilmen: Babcock D. T, Hayden, City Clerk, being ill, Preston Turner acted as City Clerk for the meeting. Minutes of the last regular meeting, held January 1941 were read and approved. Written communications were read. Kiser appoin- Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman ted Fire Kidd, that E. L. Kiser be appointed Fire Chief, and George Chief A. Smith, Assisstant Fire Chief at the same salary. Carried and so ordered.
