HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1940 08 26340 August 26, 1940 Minutes of the ajourned meeting of August 19, 1940 were held in the City Hall in the City of Tustin, California, at 8:00 P. M., August 26, 1940. Present Councilmen: Wilson, Logan, Kiser and Kidd Absent Councilman: Babcock Minutes of the last regular meeting held August 19, 1940 were read and approved. This meeting was for the setting of the Budget. To look over Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman fire truck Logan that the Seagrave Company be authorized to look over the Fire Truck. Carried and so ordered. Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Res. No. 102 Logan, that Resolution No. 102, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN FIXING AND DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION ON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN AS A REVENUE TO CARRY ON THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISICAL YEAR 1940-1941, AND TO PAY THE BONDED AND OTHER INDEBTEDNESS OF THE SAID CITY DURING SAID FISICAL YEAR, be introduced and adopted. Carried and so ordered. Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Bills to be Logan, that the following bills be paid and warrants Paid drawn for their respective amounts: Dwight T. Hayden, Justice of the Peace $10.00 Carried and so ordered. Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman Logan, to adjourn. Carried and so ordered. D. T. Hayden City Clerk APPROVED: J. L.
