HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1940 02 05321 February 5th, 1940 Minutes of the regular meeting of the City Council, of the City of Tustin, held in the City Hall, in the City of Tustin, California, February 5th, 1940 at 8:00 P. M. Present Councilmen: Huntley, Logan, Kiser and Wilson Absent Councilmen: Pieper Minutes of the last regular meeting held January 15, 1940 were read and approved. City map Mr. Woolley, City Engineer, presented new city map presented for discussion and approval. Cox inquiry Andrew Cox made inquiry as to what had been done in regard to trucks parking on "D" Street. Resolution No. 93 was introduced and adopted on Res. No. 93 motion of Councilman Wilson and the second of Councilman Kiser. Carried and so ordered. Pollard complaint Walter Pollard registered a complaint in regard to traffic conditions within the city. Moved by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman Logan, that the following bills be paid and warrants Bills to be paid drawn for their respective amounts: City Council Expense $ 4.50 J. A. Woolley 161.34 Tustin Fire Department 13.00 Tustin Cement Pipe Company .70 Tustin Lumber Company 45.15 Tustin Hardware Company 20.30 Flowerday and Pierson 7.29 George Balzer 13.20 First National Bank, Tustin, (service bills) 37.56 H.D. Picketing 6.60 F. H. Holford 70.00 Joe Casperson 18.45 Sam Long 6.00 C. A. Vance, agent 25.00 First National Bank, Tustin 5.00 Carried and so ordered.
