Monday, the fourth day of September, being a holiday,
(Labor Day), the regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, was held in the City Hall in the
City of Tustin, California, September 5, 1939 at 8:00
P. M.
Present Councilmen: Huntley, Logan, Pieper, Kiser
and Wilson
Absent Councilmen: None
Minutes of the last regular meeting, held August
21, 1939, were read and approved.
Auditors' Diehl and Edwards, Certified Public Accountants,
report having filed their report, of the audit for the City of
