Present Councilmen: Huntley, Logan, Pieper, Kiser and Wilson Absent Councilmen: None Minutes of the last regular meeting held June 5, 1939 were read and approved. Moved by Councilman Peiper, seconded by Council- Res. No. 88 man Logan that Resolution No. 88 approving State adopted Highway project agreement for 1939-1941, for ex- penditure of one-quarter cent gas tax allocation for State Highways, and authorizing the execution thereof, be adopted. Carried and so ordered. Moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Council- Res. No. 89 man Logan, that Resolution No. 89, A RESOLUTION OF adopted THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF ONE- QUARTER CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE, be adopted and authorize the execution thereof. Carried and so ordered. Planning Com. Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Council- appointment man Pieper, that the appointing of the members on Held over the Planning Commission be held over to the next regular meeting. Carried and so ordered. Truck cushions Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Council- to be repaired man Logan, that John Stanton be authorized to have the cushions in the Chevrolet truck repaired. Carried and so ordered. Moved by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Council- Bills to be man Kiser, that the following bills be paid and war- paid rants be drawn for their respective amounts: Sam H. Long $ .60 F. R. Holmes 23.75 Western Directory Company 12.88 Carried and so ordered. Moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Council man Kiser to adjourn. Carried and so ordered. D. T.
