Minutes of the regular meeting of the City Council,
of the City of Tustin, held in the City Hall, in the City
of Tustin, California, April 17, 1939 at 8:00 P. M.
Present Councilmen: Huntley, Logan, Kiser, and Wilson
Absent Councilman: Pieper.
Minutes of the last regular meeting held April 3,
1939 were read and approved.
Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
Permission Kiser, that the request of the Chamber of Commerce, for
granted to permission to close Main Street between Prospect and "D"
close Main St. Street from noon to midnight, on April 21, 1939 be granted.

Radio set to Moved by Wilson, seconded by Councilman Logan, that
be purchased the City buy a unifrom two-way radio set for the police
