M. Present Councilmen: Huntley, Logan, Pieper, Wilson, and Kiser. Absent Councilmen: None Minutes of the meetings held October 25th and 31st, 1938 were read and approved. Moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Councilman Wil- son, that Resolution No. 84, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUS- TIN, CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE NATURE, LOCATION AND THE EX- TENT OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A Resolution SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM AND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND APPUR- No. 84 TENANCES IN CERTAIN STREETS, PUBLIC WAYS, RIGHTS OF WAY AND ordered PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF TUSTIN; GENERALLY DEFINING THE disbanded BOUNDARIES OR EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED TO PAY THE COST THEREOF, AND DETERMINING THE STATUTE UNDER WHICH IT IS PROPOSED TO CONDUCT THE PROCEEDINGS PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 2 OF THE "SPECIAL ASSESSMENT IN- VESTIGATION, LIMITATION AND MAJORITY PROTEST ACT OF 1931" AS AMENDED, as passed and approved by the City Council on the 30th day of September, be and is hereby ordered disbanded. State League Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kiser, of Munici- that the State League of Municipalities be authorized to pallties to bill the City of Tustin the sum of $ 45.00 for dues in January bill Tustin 1939. Carried and so ordered. Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Wilson, Kiser given that Dud Kiser be granted contract to Paint Fire Hall, in contract for the sum of $ 98.00, the City to furnish the material.
