Minutes of the meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tustin, held at the City Hall in the City of Tustin, at the
hour of 8:00 P. M., on the 31st day of October, 1938, at the
time set and as required by Section 7 of Resolution No. 84
of the City of Tustin.
Present Councilmen: Huntley, Logan, Kiser, Pieper and
Wilson
Absent Councilmen: None
Meeting called to order by Mayor Huntley.

Mayor Huntley thereupon inquired of those persons present
whether anyone present wished to make any different or further

protest in regard to said proceedings, and there being no
response it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that
