Regular adjourned meeting of the City Council, of the
City of Tustin held in the City Hall, in the City of Tustin,
California, September 30, 1938, at 8:00 P. M.
Present Councilmen: Logan, Pieper, Kiser and Wilson
Absent Councilmen: Huntley.
Mayor Mayor Huntley, being absent from said meeting, and

selected as Acting Mayor for the purposes of said meeting,
and asked for nominations.
Thereupon Councilman Kiser nominated Councilman Logan
Logan to act as Mayor for the purposes of said meeting; said

SECTION 2 OF THE "SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INVESTIGATION, LIMITA-
TION AND MAJORITY PROTEST ACT OF 1931," AS AMENDED, be introduced
and adopted.
Upon roll call, the vote for the adoption of said

Ayes: Councilmen Logan, Pieper, Kiser, Wilson.
Noes: Councilmen, None
Absent: Councilman Huntley
Carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman
Wilson, that said meeting adjourn. Carried and so
ordered.
