M. Present Councilmen: Huntley, Logan , Pieper, and Wilson Absent Councilmen: Kiser Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. Moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Councilman Wilson that Resolution No. 81, A Resolution of the City Council of Res. 81 the City of Tustin, FIXING AND DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY to be NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY adopted WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN AS A REVENUE TO CARRY ON THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1938-39, AND TO PAY THE BONDED AND OTHER INDEBTEDNESS OF THE SAID CITY DURING SAID FISCAL YEAR be adopted. Carried and so ordered. Moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Councilman Wilson, that Ordinance No. 48 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, FIX- ING AND DETERMINING THE NUMBER OF CENTS ON EACN ONE HUNDRED Ord. 48 DOLLARS OF THE ASSESSED VALUATION OF THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN to be THE CITY OF TUSTIN, TO BE LEVIED AND COLLECTED AS A REVENUE TO adopted PAY THE GENERAL RUNNING EXPENSE OF SAID CITY, AND THE BONDED AND OTHER INDEBTEDNESS OF SAID CITY DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 1938-39 be adopted. Carried and so ordered.
