Minutes of the regular meeting of the City
of the City of Tustin, held in the City Hall in the
City oY Tustin, California, at 8:00 o'clock P. M.,
June 6, 1938
Present Councilmen: HuntIey, Logan, Kiser, Pieper,
and Wilson
Absent: Councilmen: None
Minutes of the last regular meeting held May 16,
1938 were read and approved.
American Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councllman
Legion Pieper, that the American Legion, Post No. 227, be granted
allowed to permission to sell fire works in the city of Tustin
sell fire- without fee. Carried and so ordered.

Moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Councilman
Butane dis- Logan that the City Clerk be instructed to advise Win-
tributlon dolph Brothers that their permit for distribution plant

Ordinance. Carried and so ordered.

to Library the Library Committee that the laws do not permit the
City to contribute to the County Library. (4041-18 of
Plitical Code) Carried and so ordered.
Res. 80 Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman
adopted Logan that Resolution No. 80 be adopted. Carried and
so ordered.
Bills to Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman
be paid Kiser that the following be pald and warrants be
drawn for their respective amounts:
