= A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
5 CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADE AT FIRST STREET AND PROSPECT
AVENUE (CIP No. 4058)
7 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California
to contract for the construction of traffic signal upgrades at First Street and Prospect
S
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and specifications for the
i 0 construction of said works; and
!! NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications
i2 presented by the City Engineer be and are hereby approved as the plans and
specifications for;
Traffic Signal Upgrade at First Street and Prospect Avenue (CIP No 4058)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
15 directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for
the performance of the work specified in the plans and specifications; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this project is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act: Class I: Existing Facilities-
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
i ~e Tustin held on the 6th Of December 1999.
