The Fifth day of July 1937 being observed as
a legal holiday, the regular meeting the City
Council, of the City of Tustin was held in the
City Hall in the City of Tustin, California on
the 6th day of July, 1937 at 8:00 o'clock
Present: Councilmen: Huntley, Logan, Kiser,
Wilson.
Absent: Councilman: Pieper.
Minutes of the regular meeting held June the
21st, 1937 were read and approved.
To ask Burke for Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Coun-
explanation of cilman Kiser, that the City Clerk be instructed
fire protection to write Louie Burke, of the California League
clause for Hi- of Municipalities, asking for an explanation of
Way traffic the clause of fire protection for Hi-Way traffic,
Carried and so ordered.
Morris deed to be Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Coun-
accepted and cilman Kiser, that the deed of Andrew R. Morris
recorded and Minnie M. Morris be accepted and the City
Clerk be instructed to record same. Carried and
so ordered.
City to buy
Orange County Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Coun-
Directory cilman Wilson, that the City buy one Orange County
Directory. Carried and so ordered.
P.O. box rent Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Coun-
paid cilman Kiser, that the rent on Post Office box
235 of Tustin Post Office, be payed for one year
in the sum of $2.40, effective of July 1, 1937
to July l, 1938. Carried and so ordered.
Bills to be paid Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Coun-
cilman Wilson, that the following bills be payed
and warrants drawn for their respective amounts:
