A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
3 CALIFORNIA APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
, AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF PASADENA AVENUE FROM THE MAIN
STREET CUL-DE-SAC TO THE FIRST STREET CUL-DE-SAC (CIP
5 NO. 7157) AND SECOND STREET FROM PASADENA AVENUE TO
MYRTLE AVENUE (CIP No. 7158)
7 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council Of the City of Tustin California
to contract for the reconstruction of Pasadena Avenue from the Main Street cul-de-sac
$ to the First Street cul-de-sac (CIP No. 7157) and Second Street from Pasadena Avenue
to Myrtle Avenue (CIP No. 7158); and

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and specifications for' the
construction of said work; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications
]2 presented by the City Engineer be and hereby are approved as the plans and
specifications for:
~. -. Reconstruction of Pasadena Avenue from the Main Street cul-de-sac to
the First Street cul-de-sac (CIP No. 7157) and Second Street from
i5 Pasadena Avenue to Myrtle Avenue (CIP No. 7158);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids for the
performance of the work specified in the plans and specifications;
~S BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this project is categorically exempt from the
c.,i California Environmental Quality Act requirements per Categories Class I (c),
~t Section 15301.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City. Council of the City
of Tustin held on the 6th day of December 1999.
