HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1937 06 21 June 21, 1937 Minutes of the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin, held in the City Hall at the City of Tustin, at eight o'clock P.M. June 21, 1937. Present: Councilmen: Logan, Kiser, Pieper and Wilson Absent: Councilman: Huntley Logan acting as Mayor Huntley being absent, on motion of Mayor Councilman Kiser, seconded by Councilman. Pieper, Councilman Logan was named to act as Mayor for the purposes of said meeting. City Attorney as City Attorney acting as Deputy Clerk in Deputy Clerk the absence of City Clerk, D.T. Hayden. Minutes of regular meeting of June 7, 1937, were read and approved. Resolution No 69 Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by adopted. Councilman. Pieper, that Resolution No. 69, being a resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin approving Memorandum of Agreement one-quarter cent gas tax allocated for State Highways, be introduced and adopted. Carried and so ordered. Suspension of Hansell Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by to be made permanent Councilman Wilson, that the action of the Street Superintendent in suspending Glen Hansell, City Employee, be sustained, and that suspen- sion be made permanent. Carried and so ordered.
