Minutes of the regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, held in the City Hall, in
the City of Tustin, California, at 8:00 P.M., April
19, 1937.
Present: Councilmen: Huntley, Logan, Pieper
Kiser, and Wilson.
Absent: None.
Minutes of the regular meeting held April
1937 were read and approved.
City Clerk to Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Logan,.
request support that the City Clerk be instructed to write Assembly-
of Bill 519 man Clyde Watson requesting him to support Senate
Bill 519, pertaining to sardine control.
Carried and so ordered.
To answer Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Pieper,
bulletin con- that the City Clerk be instructed to answer the
cerning bicycles bulletin placed before the grammer school, by Prin-

carelessness of lying bicycles on the sidewalks.
Carried and so ordered.
Bicycle rack to Moved by Councilman Pieper, Seconded by Kiser,
be placed on that a bicycle rack be placed on Main street, between
Main street the palm trees for parking bicycles, same to be
built by the boys. Carried and so
ordered.
Auditors report Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Logan,
to be accepted that the auditors report, tendered by Crenshaw,
Diehl, and Wright, covering the periods of July
1936 to February 15, 1937, be accepted.
Carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Pieper,
Bills to be that the following bills be payed and warrants
paid drawn for. their respective amounts.
