Minutes of the regular meeting of the City
Council, of the City of Tustin, held in the City
Hall, in the City of Tustin, California, at 8:00
O'clock P.M., March 1, 1937.
Present: Councilmen Huntley, Logan, Pieper,
Kiser, Wilson.
Absent: None.
Minutes of the regular meeting held February
15th, 1937 were read and approved.
Map Tract No. Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Logan,
1016 approved that the tentative Map Tract No. 1016 filed with
the Planning Commission February 26th, 1937 be ap-
proved, carried and so ordered.
Digest of 1937 Moved by Co~ncilman Logan, seconded by Kiser,
to be purchased that the City buy one additional Digest of 1937
Legislative Bills affecting municipalitites, at the
quoted price of $2.00 carried and so ordered.
Trees to be Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Pieper,
removed from that Alice M. Hubbard be permitted to remove the trees
Parking. in her parking, providing, she assumes the expense of
same and that the trees to be replaced, if any, have
the approval of the Board. Carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Pieoct, seconded by Kiser,
Taylor to that Harold Taylor be permitted to remove two Palm
remove palms trees, at his expense, that any replacement of trees
must meet with the approval of the Board. Carried
and so ordered.
Chicken yard Moved by Councilman Kiser, seconded by Logan
permit granted the permit of Clyde Gates for Commercial Chicken yard
be granted. Carried and so ordered.
Ordinance No 46 Ordinance No. 46 read by title and introduced, by
introduced Councilman Logan.
Moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Logan
Bills to be that the following bills be paid and warrants drawn
paid for the respective ~mounts:
