Minutes of the regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, held in the City
Hall in the City of Tustin, California, at 8
o'clock P.M., October 19, 1936.
Present: Councilmen Huntley, Logan,
Kiser and Pieper.
Absent: Councilman Schwendeman.
Minutes of the meeting held October 5, 1936
were read and approved.
Opposed to Moved by Councilman Logan that the City Coun-
Proposition 7 cil of the City of Tustin go on record as being
opposed to Proposition No. 7, relating to Civil
Service. Motion carried and so ordered.
Ord. 44 passed On motion of Councilman Logan, Ordinance No.
44 was passed by the following vote, to wit:
Ayes: Councilmen Logan and Pieper
Noes: None
Absent: Schwendeman.
Moved by Councilman Logan the the following
bills be paid and warrants drawn for the respec-
tive amounts:
Union Oil Co. $ 6.61
Bills to be City Council 3.00
paid Harold Carson 7.33
Floyd Hawkins 10.00
J.R. Harbour 10.00
Hazel Harbour 15.00
Motion carried and so ordered.
Red lights for Moved by Councilman Pieper that Councilman
Fire Truck Logan be instructed to obtain red lights for Fire
Truck. Motion carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Pieper that meeting ad-
journ.
