Minutes of the regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin held at the City
Hall in the City of Tustln, at 8 o'clock P.M. on
May 18, 1936.
Present: Councilmen Huntley, Logan,
Pieper and Schwendeman.
Absent: Councilman Kiser.
Minutes of the meeting held May 4, 1936 were
read and approved.
Letter from Letter from State Highway Commission read
State High- and on motion of Councilman Logan was placed on
way Comm. file.
Res. 60 adopted Resolution No. 60 introduced and read and on
motion of Councilman Pieper was regularly adopted.
Moved by Councilman Logan that the following
bills be paid. and warrants be drawn for the res-
pective amounts:
Bills to be paid Charles. O. Artz $36.00
H. Carson 5.00
A.J. Hadley 33.99
Motion carried and so ordered.
Hadley damages Moved by Councilman Logan that the claim of
claim approved A.J. Hadley for damages be allowed when approved
by City Attorney. Motion carried.
Yorba St. light Moved by Councilman Logan that Chief of
to be installed Police Stanton take necessary steps to have street
light installed at Yorba Street. Motion carried
and so ordered,
Trees to be Permission to remove trees from curbing
removed. was granted to General Petroleum Company on motion
of Councilman Pieper.
Shed to be Moved by Councilman Pieper that a shed be
built built to house City truck. Motion carried.
The motion was made, seconded and carried
to adjourn meeting to May 25, 1936, at 8 o'clock
P.M.
