Minutes of the regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tusitn, held at the City
Hall, in the City of Tustin, at 8 o'clock P.M.
on May 4, 1936.
Present: Councilmen Huntley, Logan,
Kiser and Schwendeman.
Absent: Councilman Pieper.
Minutes of the meeting held April 20, 1936
were read and approved.
A petition, requesting the City Clerk not
Junk yard to issue a license to O.V. Dart to conduct a junk
petition yard, was read and on motion of Councilman Kiser
was placed on file.
Moved by Councilman Kiser that all property
Side walks owners be notified where sidewalks are defective
to be taken and dangerous to pedesterians. Motion carried
care of. and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Logan that the following
bills be paid and warrants drawn for the respec-
tive amounts:
A. Carlisle & Co. $41.75
Floyd Hawkins 5.00
Bills to be City Council Expense 3.75
paid The Tustin News 12.14
Gilbert Weston Stearns 2.30
Motion carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Logan that the City of
Bids adverti- Tustin advertise for bids on a one and one-half
sed for truck ton second hand Chevrolet truck. Motion carried
and so ordered.
Patton granted Moved by Councilman Logan that C.A. Patton
permission for be granted a permit to install gasoline pumps as
pumps and per plans submitted and to move store building.

Res. 59 adopted Resolution No. 59 introduced and read and
on motion of Councilman Logan was regularly adopted.
Subdivision Moved by Councilman Kiser that subdivision
map approved. map for tract 1005 submitted by J.W. Markel,
secretary of Orange County Planning Commission
be approved. Motion carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Logan that meeting ad-
journ. Motion carried and so ordered.
