Minutes of the regular meeting of the City
of Tustin, held at the City Hall in the City of
Tustin, California on the 17th day of February 1936
at 8 o'clock
Present: Councilmen Huntley, Logan,
Pieper and Schwendeman.
Absent: Councilman Kiser.
Minutes of the previous meeting read \
and approved.
Res. No. 54 Resolution No.54 regularly introduced
Introduced. and on motion of Councilman Pieper was adopted by
the following vote to-wit:
Ayes: Councilmen Logan, Pieper and
Schwendeman.
Noes: None.
Absent: Kiser.
Moved by Councilman Pieper that the
Drain pipes to Street Superintendent be authorized and instruct-
be installed. ed to install drain pipes at corner of A and
3rd Streets and at Pacific and Main. Motion
carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Pieper that the
Bills to be following bills be paid and warrants drawn for
paid. the respective amounts:
William Brazzle $ 10.80
Hayden Helt 10.00
Orange Co. League 6.00
H. Carson 2.45
Hockaday, Harlow 8.65
Dr. Weston 3.00
Motion carried and so ordered.
Regularly moved and seconded that the
Map of Tustin Street Map of the City of Tustin, submitted by
tobe filed. City Engineer, J. L. McBride, and dated February,
1936, be adopted as the Official Street Map of
the City of Tustin, and that a copy thereof be
filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Tustin as the Official Street Map of said City.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Res. No.55 Resolution No. 55 of the City of Tustin
adopted. designating streets of major importance in said
City, other than State Highways, to which shall
be allocated and upon which shall be expended the
net proceeds of one-quarter cent per gallon tax
on motor vehicle fuel, pursuant to Sections 194
and 195 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California, was submitted and considered,
and upon motion duly made was regularly passed,
approved and adopted and signed by the Mayor.
Projct No. 1 It was regularly moved and seconded that
to be Project Statement No. 1 of the City of Tustin for
executed. the fiscal year 1935 -1936, providing for the use
of gasoline tax moneys upon certain streets of
major importance in the City of Tustin, other than
State Highways, be approved and that Mayor Wm.
Huntley, be authorized to execute the same for and
in behalf of the City of Tustin. Motion carried
and so ordered.
