A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Tustin was held August 20th, 1934
at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall.
Absent: Councilmen Kiser and Logan,
The minutes of the meeting held August 6th,
1934 were read and approved.
Moved by Councilman Pieper that the application
B street improve- for permit to excavate and backfill on B street
ment ordered, between Sixth and Main Streets be approved. Appli-
cation made by Southern Counties Gas Co. Motion
carried and so ordered,
Councilman Pieper introduced Resolution No. 49A
Budget for 1934- of the City of Tustin adopting budget for the
35 adopted, fiscal year 1934-35. Resolution seconded by Coun-
cilman Schwendeman, and on motion duly made said
Resolution was carried and. adopted.
Ordinance for
tax. rate Ordinance No. 40 of the City of Tustin fixing
introduced and determining tax rate for the fiscal year 1934-
35 was regularly introduced.
Moved by Councilman Pieper that the following
Bill to be.paid bill be.paid and a warrent drawn for the respec-
tive amount:
Floyd. Hawkins .......... 10.00
Motion carried and so ordered.
Moved by Councilman Pieper that meeting adjourn,
