A regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tustin was held April 2nd., 1934, at eight
o'clock P. M. at the City Hall of Tustin; meeting
called to order by the mayor.
City Clerk J. R. Harbour being ill, and having

Councilmen Present: Huntley, Pieper, Logan, Schwen-
deman and Pieper.
Minutes of the meeting of March 19, 1934 were
read and approved. Written communications were read
and considered.
Councilmen Logan and Kiser, and Chief of Police
Stanton, having previously been appointed as a com-
Report on mittee to investigate with regard to the removal of

ed an understanding with Mr. Rinard that as soon as
the present crop of oranges on the trees was harvest-
ed Mr. Rinard would remove the row of trees standing
in Myrtle Street, on the east side thereof, at his
own expense. Moved by Councilman Schwendeman, sec-
onded by Councilman Pieper that the report be accept-
ed and approved. Carried and so ordered.
Taxes General discussion was held as to the assessment
and collection of taxes.
On account of the illness of J. R. Harbour,
City Clerk, the consideration of bills was passed to
the next regular meeting.
Moved by Councilman Schwendeman, seconded by
Councilman Kiser that the meeting adjourn. Carried
and so ordered.
