HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1934 02 19 Feb. 19th, 1934 A regular meeting Of the Board of Trustees of the City of Tustin was called to order at eight o'clock P. M. on February 19th., 1934 in the City hall. All Councilmen present. The minutes of the meeting of February 5th., 1934 were read and approved. Ca!if. Ed. Co. The franchise of the California Edison co. Franchise was read and on motion of Councilman Logan, it was accepted. accepted and the Clerk was instructed to place on file. It was moved by Councilman Logan and second- Radio Rec. Set ed by Councilman Schwendeman that the Chief of Authorized for Police be authorized to purchase a radio receiver Police Car. for the police car. Motion carried and so ordered. It was moved by Councilman Kiser and seconded by councilman Logan that Ordinance No. 39 be adopted. Motion carried by following vote to-wit: Ordinance No. 39 AYES: Councilmen Logan, Kiser, Pieper and Adopted. Schwendeman Noes: Councilmen, None Absent: Councilmen, None. Resolution No. 45 was introduced and it was moved Resolution by Councilman Logan and seconded by Councilman No. 45 Kiser that Resolution No. 45 Adopted. Motion carr- Adopted ied and so ordered. Resolution No. 46 was introduced and it was Resolution moved by Councilman Pieper and seconded by Council- No. 46 man Logan that Resolution No. 46 be adopted. Mot- adopted ion carried and so ordered. Moved by Kiser, seconded by Logan that the Bills or- following bills be paid and warrants drawn for dered paid the respective amounts. H. G. Huffman .................................$6.00 Gen. Petroleum Co......................... 3.09 Edith Schaniel................................. 8.25 Motion carried and so ordered. Moved by Pieper and seconded by Logan that meeting adjourn.
