February 5th, 1934.
A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Tustin was called to order at eight
o'clock P. M. on February 5th., 1934 in the City
hall.
All Councilman present.
The Minutes of the Meeting of January 23rd.,
1934 were read and approved.
0rdinance 38 It was moved by Councilman Logan and seconded
adopted. by Councilman Pieper that Ordinance No, 38 be adopted.
Motion carried by following vote to-wit:
Ayes: Logan, Kiser, Pieper and Schwendeman,
Noes: None,
Absent: None
Resolution No, 44 was introduced by Council-
Resolution man Kiser and it was moved by Councilman Kiser and
No. 44 seconded by Councilman Logan that Resolution No. 44
Adopted, be adopted,
Motion carried and so ordered,
Ordinance No. 39, An Ordinance of the City of
Ord, No, 39 Tustin, California providing for the assessment,
Assessment Levy levy, and collecting of taxes on taxable property
coll., taxes, within the City of Tustin, and repealing all ordin-
Introduced, ances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith,
was introduced by Councilman Kiser,
On motion of Councilman Pieper, seconded by
Bills paid, Councilman Kiser the following bills were ordered
paid and warrants drawn for the respective amounts:
The Tustin News ..... $5.89
Whitson Lumber Co.. $ .68
Moved by Pieper, seconded by Logan that meet-
ing adjourn. Motion carried and so ordered.
