A regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tustin was called to order by the Mayor at eight
o'clock P. M., on the above date, in the City Hall.
Councilmen Present: Huntley, Pieper and Schwendeman.
Councilmen Absent: Kiser and Logan.
Minutes of the meeting held January 2nd, 1934,
were read and approved.
Bid of A sealed bid was received from the Southern Cal-
So. Cal. ifornia Edison Company accompanied by a certified
Edison check for $100.00, for a public utility Franchise to
Co. for erect, maintain and operate necessary equipment to
Franchise distribute electrical energy within the City of
Tustin.
Res. No.43 Resolution No. 43 was introduced by Councilman

Motion by Councilman Schwendeman, seconded by
Adopted Councilman Pieper, that Resolution No. 43 be adopted,

Ayes: Councilmen, Schwendeman and Pieper.
Noes: Councilmen, None.
Absent: Councilmen, Logan and Kiser.

Motion by Councilman Pieper, seconded by

be paid and warrants be drawn for the respective

Ord. #38 Ordinance No. 38 was introduced by Councilman

Moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Council-
man Schwendeman, that meeting be adjourned to Monday,
January 22nd, 1934, at eight o'clock P. M. Motion
carried and so ordered.
