The regular semi-monthly meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tustin was called to order by the Mayor, on the above date,
at eight o'clock P. M., in the City Hall.
Councilmen Present: Huntley, Logan, Schwendeman and Kiser.
Councilmen Absent: Pieper.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Under reports of Committees, Councilman Logan reported on the
proposed radio sending station of Orange County Sheriff's Office,
stating that at the last League of Municipalities meeting in
Laguna Beach the proposition was endorsed by the League, but final
and conclusive action was left to the various cities.
Under unfinished business, the proposed changes in the Beer
Ordinance were laid on the table for the time being pending out-
come of the 18th Amendment Repeal.
It was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the bill be
paid.
Under new business, Councilman Logan brought up the matter of a
drainage culvert at First and Prospect Streets, and the matter
was left with Chief Stanton to take up with Mr. Neff of the
County Highway Department and Commissioner Kiser was to see to
the cleaning up of the ditch before inspection was made by
Mr. Neff.
There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded
and carried that the meeting adjourn.
