HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1933 08 07 August 7th, 1933. The regular semi-monthly meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin was called to order by the Mayor at eight o'clock P. M. on the above date in the City Hall, Tustin, California. Councilmen Present: Huntley, Schwendeman, Logan and Kiser. Councilmen Absent: Pieper. The City Clerk being absent, the Mayor appointed Morris Cain, City Attorney, to act as City Clerk during the meeting. Report of Judge McCharles in regard to unpaid fines received and ordered filed. It was regularly moved and seconded and carried that the City of Tustin obtain a location for the burning of trash, at a rental price of not to exceed $50.00 per year. Thereupon the Mayor appointed Councilman Schwendeman as a committee of one to locate and see what arrangements could be made for such trash burning location, to report results to the City Council at its next meeting. Ordinance No. 37 fixing tax rate for fiscal year 1933-1934 was regularly introduced and read. Regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Morris Cain Approved.
