The regular semi-monthly meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tustin was called to order by the Mayor at eight o'clock P.M.
on the above date in the City Hall, Tustin, California.
Councilmen Present: Huntley, Kiser, Logan, Pieper and Schwendeman.
Councilmen Absent: None.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and sparoved.
Councilman Schwendeman reported that no further action had been
taken with regard to finding another place to burn trash.
Councilman Logan reported that he had contacted the K. P.
Building Association regarding a reduction in rent, but they had
not met, and he could make no report.
Chief of Police Stanton reported that Mr. Stafford had postponed
the erection of his proposed building at First and A Streets
until a later date.
City Attorney, Cain, reported his findings regarding the disin-
corporation petition, stating that there was a chance that
enough names thereon were not sufficient and complete enough
to warrant the passing of the petition by the Council.
Circulators of the petition were present, and following some
discussion, the petition was returned to the circulators for
them to correct the names which were improperly signed and return
to the Council at a later meeting.
Ordinance No. 36 was read.
There being no further business, it was movedby Councilman Pieper,
seconded by Councilman Logan that the meeting adjourn. Carried
and so ordered.
