HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1933 04 17 April 17th, 1933 The regular semi-monthly meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin, was.called to order by the Mayor, at eight o'clock P. M., in the City Hall, on the above date. Councilmen Present: Huntley, Kiser, Logan, Pieper and Schwendeman. Councilmen Absent: None. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Applications for beer licenses were read by the Clerk from Kiser, Rains, Zirinsky, Blythe, Scheffer, Kecker, Vinson, Davis, Detrixhe, O'Brien, Winter, and it was moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Councilman Schwendeman, that the applications be O.K.'d by Chief of Police and all places having an established place of business 90 days prior to date of applications, be permitted to pay license quarterly, and all others the full year's license as per Ordinance No. 35. Carried and so ordered. A. L. Schellhaus presented to the City Council a petition for dis- incorporation. It was moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Councilman Logan that the petition be referred to the Clerk for checking confirmation. Carried and so ordered. A. L. Schellhaus presented a petition for the removal of a certain piece of property west of Myrtle Street from the City Limits. It was moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Councilman Schwendeman, that this petition also be referred to the Clerk for checking and confirmation. Carried and so ordered. There being no further business, it was moved by Councilman Pieper, seconded by Coucilman Schwendeman, that the meeting adjourn. Carried and so ordered. P. C. Brooks Approved. City Clerk signed by J.
