The regular semi-monthly meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tustin was called to order by Mayor Huntley at eight o'clock
P. M. in the City Hall on the above date.
Councilmen Present: Huntley, Kiser, Logan, and Schwendeman.
Councilmen Absent: Pieper.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
A letter from J. L. McBride of Santa Ana, regarding Traffic Patrol
and its relative cost to the cities of Orange County was read and
ordered filed.
Councilman Kiser reported that the street work was about finished,
that the trees on D Street had been removed and one on Main Street,
one on Third and B Streets.
City Attorney, Cain, reported that there was a possibility of the
City receiving some refund on about four franchises, that he was in
correspondence now with the California League of Municipalities
and would report as soon as some definite information was at hand.
He had no further report to make regarding the sidewalks on Yorba
Street.
Moved by Councilman Logan, seconded by Councilman Kiser that the bills
be paid. Carried and so ordered.
There being no further business it was moved by Councilman Logan,
seconded by Councilman Schwendeman that the meeting adjourn. Carried
and so ordered.
