The regular semi-monthly meeting of the Board of Trustes of the
City of Tustin, was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 p.m. on
the above date in the City Hall.
Councilmen present: Huntley, Peiper, Logan, Kiser and Schwendeman
Councilmen absent: None.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved with one
correction.
Kiser reported on safe or filing cabinet, stating that one can be
bought for $125. There was some discussion, but Kiser moved, seconded
by Schwendeman that we buy the safe and five chairs for $150.00 pay-
ment to be defferred to January 1st as per agreement with Mr. Utt.
Carried and so ordered.
Logan reported that repairs are necessary to the Fire Truck, and the
Mayor instructed Logan to see to the repairs.
Kiser reported on the removal of the tree on the Tustin property
on 3rd and C Streets.
Moved by Logan, seconded by Peiper that the bills be paid, Carried
and so ordered and the following were presented:

Moved by Logan, seconded by Peiper that the meeting adjourn. Carried
and so ordered.
