HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1932 09 19 September 19th, 1932 105 The regular monthyly meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Cty of Tustin, was called to order by the Mayor, in the City Hall at 8:00 p.m. on the above date. Councilmen present: Huntley, Peiper, Logan, Kiser and Schwendeman Councilmen absent: None. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The Auditors report was at this time read by Mr. J. Murray Robinson of R.D. Crenshaw and Co. It was suggested by Councilman Peiper that the Police Judge be not- ified to look more carefully to details of follow-up as deferred payment of traffic fines. The report was accepted by the Board and ordered filed with the Clerk. Councilman Logan and Attorney Cain referred to the matter of the sidewalk on Yorba Street and after some discussion it was left to the Attorney to get details of what was wanted etc., Moved by Logan, seconded by Schwendeman that the City build a garage at the Fire HalI, size 16 x 36 the cost not to exceed $200. Said garage to be covered with corrugated iron. Carried and so ordered, Moved by Logan, seconded by Peiper that Bills be paid, Carried and so ordered and the following were offered. R.D.Crenshaw & Co......................................... $25.00 Moved by Logan, seconded by Peiper that the meeting adjourn. Carried and so ordered. Phil C. Brooks (SEAL) Approved.
