The regular semi-monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Tustin was called to order by the Mayor at
8:05 p.m. on the above date.
Councilmen Present: Huntley, Logan, Schwendeman
Councilmen Absent: Peiper and Kiser
Minutes of the previous convention were read and approved.
Communication from the Auto Club regarding City's liabilty i
for the action or debts of the corporation of which it is
a members was read and ordered filed for referfence.
Reso. 37 Resolution No. 37 was re-read after some changes made and it
re read and was moved by Logan, seconded by Schwindeman, that the Res-
adopted. olution be adopted as corrected and read. Carried and so
ordered.
Moved by Sohwindeman, Seconded by Logan that the bills be
paid, and the following warrants were offered.
Edison Company ............................ $ 3.92
Gas Company ................................. 4.12
Tustin Water Works ........................ 6.00
So. Calif Telephone Company ....... 12.65
H. G. Huffman, M.D........................... 9.00
J.O. Metz, .......................................... 15.00 - -20.00
W.H.Hill .............................................. 50.00
Carried and so ordered.
It was the order of the board that the Clerk write a letter
Letter of to Mr. H.H.Nathan and thank him for the drinking cup rack
thanks and cups which he donated to the City Hall.
It was moved by Logan, Seconded by Schwindeman that the city
Purchase buy a desk, City to pay one half and the Clerk one half and
Desk at end of present clerks term either party to buy or sell at
the purchase price. Carried and so ordered.
Moved by Logan, seconded by Sohwindeman that the meeting
adjourn. Carried and so ordered.
