The regular semi-monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Tustin was called to order by Mayor Huntley at
8:00 P.M. on the above date.
Councilmen Present: Huntley, Logan, Peiper and Kiser.
Councilmen absent: Schwendeman.
Minutes of the previous convention read and approved.
It was moved by Logan, seconded by Kiser that the City buy
Buy Mower a lawn mower for the Fire Hall, mower to be bought from
for Fire Aldrich and Graves for $1.50. Carried and so ordered.

expense of Moved by Logan, Seconded by Kiser that the City pay $10.O0
Fire Del. or one half of the expense of a delegate from the Fire Dept,
to the State Convention and include amount of the mower in the
same warrant. Carried and so ordered.
Res. Resolution #36 was read by the Clerk and moved by Logan,
Read. seconded by Kiser that Resolution be adopted as read. Carried
and so ordered.
Ordinance Ordinance No 29 on Tax rate read for first time.
Moved by Peiper, Seconded by Kiser that the bills be paid and
Bills the following warrants were offered: The usual monthly bills and
two were rejected, that of the Santa Ana Lumber Company for
$1.23. and the League of California Municipalitiea for $25.00
Mr. Jerome Kidd representing the Chamber of Commerce was present
to ask that the street signs be renewed so they could be readily
seen and read, but as the matter was already in the hands of
Street Commissioner Logan, no action was taken on Mr. Kldd's
request.
Moved by Peiper, seconded by Logan that the meeting adjourn.
Carried and so ordered.
